Terms & Conditions of booking

Deposit	50% advance with booking form. The deposit is not refundable.
Balance	The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure, together with a £50 refundable key and breakages deposit.
Insurance	You are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking monies are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Breakages	Breakages should be replaced wherever possible, or paid for on return.
