Villa Kristiana is a privately owned purpose built luxury holiday villa, built to a high specification, fully air-conditioned throughout. It is located in a prime position in Coral Bay - quiet yet easily accessible on foot for shops, restaurants, bank and beach. An internet cafe is only a two minute walk from villa. A car is not essential as everything is nearby and there is a good bus service to Paphos. Car hire, if required, is also available within easy walking distance from the villa. There is ample parking at the property, which is ideally placed in a central location in Coral Bay.

The accommodation comprises 2 upstairs double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. Each room has patio doors leading onto the spacious balcony which overlooks the pool and has lovely views of the sea and the mountains. Downstairs there is a third double bedroom, again with en-suite facilities and with patio doors opening directly onto the area around the large private pool. There is also a separate 4th WC to serve the living area.

The lounge and dining room are all open plan. Patio doors lead from the lounge and dining area directly to the pool and large paved patio. There is a big television with video recorder and a mini Hi-Fi system. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with pine units, superb granite worktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, and a full range of crockery and utensils as in your own home. A high chair is provided.

Outside there is a large private swimming pool , 10M X 5M, with outside shower, purpose built bar-b-que and sink. The spacious patio is fully equipped with sun-loungers, tables and chairs. The pool and patio area are illuminated at night to make private dining outside a real treat. Climbing plants create a delightful ambience, resulting in an atmosphere of peace, tranquillity and overall relaxation for a perfect holiday on the beautiful island of Cyprus!
